How often should I rotate my teeth?
Teeth & Pocket Torque Specs
All Greenbolt® or capscrews (1100 series) should be torqued to 180 ft. lbs with GREEN-SEIZE™, or 240 ft. lbs dry.
What happens if I over-torque a bolt?
Over-torqueing a bolt will stretch the threads, causing the bolt to loosen by compromising the integrity of the bolt and it’s holding ability.
What happens if I under-torque a bolt?
Under-torqueing a bolt will lead to insufficient clamping force causing the bolt to loosen.
What happens if the bolt loosens?
What is a Wearsharp® tooth?
What is GREEN-SEIZE™ and why should I use it?
GREEN-SEIZE™ is a premium anti-seize compound composed of fine copper and graphite powders in high-heat organic carrier. It is used to prevent mechanical seizing and to allow a lower torque value to achieve a greater clamping force.
What is the difference between the Red & Green versions of Greenteeth®?
Our original Greenteeth® are available in two versions – red & green. The redtooth, as compared to the green, has a deeper concave making the edge less blunt therefore better for sandy conditions. The green tooth has a more shallow concave, making the edge more blunt and better for adverse conditions.
Will I have to drill new holes in my cutter wheel to install the LoPro® pockets?
It shouldn’t be necessary to drill holes in your cutter wheel. The pockets are designed to fit most standard wheels.
Reverse-S®
Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Most Greenteeth® have 3 sides. Why does the Reverse-S® use a tooth with only 2 sides?
Due to the increased efficiency of the design, we were able increase the radial distance between the teeth in each group, utilizing more of the cutting surface of each tooth at one time.
Teeth & Pocket Torque Specs
What type of cutter teeth are used on the Reverse-S® Cutting System?
The Reverse-S® uses the 900-WS2, a 2-sided Wearsharp® tooth specifically designed for wheels with a diameter 23″ and greater.
Will the Reverse-S® reduce my below-ground cutting ability?
Each Reverse-S® wheel is designed for the specific machine that it’s installed on. The diameter of the wheel will be roughly the same as the stock wheel, so the below-ground cutting ability will also be roughly the same.
Quadwheel®

Does the Quadwheel® use spacers on the teeth like the LoPro® systems?
Due to the design of the holders, spacers are not required with the Quadwheel®.
How thick is the Quadwheel®?
Each wheel is 1-1/4″ thick.
Is there a different style of grinding with the Quadwheel®, as compared to a tradtional wheel?
Yes. The Quadwheel® is designed to provide a long, smooth cut utilizing the full front & bottom of the wheel.
Most Greenteeth® have 3 sides. Why does the Quadwheel® use a 2-sided tooth?
Holder & Tooth Torque Specs
The Quadwheel® has fewer teeth. Does that mean that I will have to replace my teeth more often?
On a standard wheel’s setup, the lead teeth often wear faster because they do the majority of the work. We designed the Quadwheel® to use all the teeth equally.
What are the Quadwheel® holders made out of?
The holders are made from grade 8 heat-treated steel.
What is included with the Quadwheel® kits?
What type of material is the Quadwheel® made from?
Both wheels are produced using 4140 steel.
What type of teeth are used with the Quadwheel®
The Quadwheel is designed to use the 926-WS2. This is a 900 series Wearsharp® tooth with a 2-sided shank designed specifically for wheels with a diameter less than 23″.
Why is the Quadwheel® not round like traditional wheel designs?
Will the Quadwheel® reduce my below-ground cutting ability?
The Quadwheel® is designed for the machine that it will be installed on. The diameter of the wheel will be roughly the same as the stock wheel, so the below-ground cutting ability will be roughly the same.

Is there a downside to installing the upgrade kit, such as the cutting wheel wearing out faster due to the larger gap between the cutting teeth?
Our testing and customer feedback does not show any noticeable difference in the lifespan of the wheel while using our upgrade kit.
Teeth & Pocket Torque Specs
Why do the upgrade kits all use the 2-sided Wearsharp®?
With the upgrade kits, most all the teeth are on the same cutting plane. This allows each tooth to take the same amount of material while sweeping, ensuring smooth operation. It also utilizes 1/2 of the tooth, as opposed to 1/3 as it would with the traditional pattern. The increased efficiency created by the separation between the teeth allows for not only use of a larger tooth, but more of the tooth.
